App data

The App may store local recordings, scripts, and workflow configuration on the device. This public release does not add cloud script storage or CMS-managed manuals.

Activation and entitlement

Activation-code redemption sends the code, install identity, channel/build metadata, App version, package name, and signature metadata needed to issue or refresh entitlement.

Operational heartbeat

Newer App builds may send low-frequency heartbeat data such as install id, channel, build channel, package, version, language, timezone, coarse device model, and system version. The server derives coarse region from the request source; the client should not self-declare trusted IP or location.

Admin and support data

Operations users may review summarized support context, entitlement state, downgrade reason, release metadata, and aggregate usage statistics. Full activation codes and signed entitlement tokens are not exposed in normal list views.
